From speaking on the phone, ordering what I need from the company to seeing the nurse have been pleasant experiences. I had to rate 2 stars for resuming normal activity/clothes as this is something out of the nurses hands. I have been supported all the way by my nurse on my journey so far but I've had an on going problem from day 4 which unfortunately only more surgery shortly can resolve this. I could not have got through what I can only describe as an "horrendous " time in my life if it hadn't been for the care given by my storma nurse I really don't think I'd be in any position now to be writing this review.
Suggested improvements
Nothing at all can be done to make my experience with this nurse/company any better. Everyone I have dealt with have been kind, helpful, understanding and very professional within the Fittleworth group.

Karen Totty in my opinion is an excellent Stoma Nurse in a matter of weeks she has guided me through one of the worst times of my life to a stage where I have grown in confidence and can face the future life with a stoma. After trying various appliances I have now found the best for me. Karen is always available to get in touch with and her support and understanding has been outstanding. This may seem OTT but if you saw where I was at the beginning of this journey you would realise why I can’t give enough praise. Thank you Karen
